Duties and Responsibilities

This is a professional sales consultant position that includes meeting with prospective new clients, in person and/or remotely. You will spend time getting to know the prospective client, listening and understanding their “why” for wanting to get healthy. You will present a personalized nutrition program that will enable the client to lose weight and become a healthier version of themselves.

Duties also include meeting with and coaching existing Cōpare clients and assisting them with their personalized weight loss programs. Excellent client service is one of our hallmarks – you will assist the staff with calling and emailing clients, helping to ensure a positive and consistent end-to-end client experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Required Education/Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in business, or a BS in health-related studies with a concentration in nutrition is required. In addition, prior work experience in the health and wellness industry is desired.

Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years professional consulting/sales experience in a health and wellness related field. Experience in weight management, health care, personal care profession, service industry, etc. is desired.
